GBS Asia is also host to approximately 250 Information Technology & Services (IT&S) KL employees who provide global IT solution services to BP across the globe.
IT&S KL supports BP's core processes in Information Technology Service Management, infrastructure, business applications, digital security, lubricants business, project management and strategy & architecture.
In 2010, IT&S commenced to develop KL into a service delivery center building an SAP Center of Expertise for project delivery, applications development and maintenance. Subsequently in late 2013, the service management office was established providing global services in the management of operational integrity.
