Why aren’t you continuing to support the Community Heroes program?
Thanks for your inquiry. While our Community Heroes program has now ended, we are honored to have been able to provide over $8 million in fuel discounts to local first responders, doctors, nurses and hospital workers. We are continuing to look for ways to support local heroes in the future. If you or someone you know are a local hero, you can text HERO to 38831 to get updates and offers from BP and Amoco. Thank you.
I’m a local hero and couldn’t get a code, can I still get one?
Thank you for serving your community and keeping everyone safe and healthy. While our Community Heroes program has ended, we are continuing to look for ways to support local heroes in the future. Just text HERO to 38831 to get updates and offers from BP and Amoco.
I participated in the Community Heroes program and didn’t get my second code; can I get one?
Thank you for serving your community and keeping everyone safe and healthy. The Community Heroes program has now ended, and all codes needed to be claimed by May 7. We are continuing to look for ways to support local heroes in the future. Just text HERO to 38831 to get updates and offers from BP and Amoco.
Do the codes expire?
Yes, discount codes issued prior to 4/8/2020 11:59 p.m. expire on 6/30/2020. Discount codes issued after 4/9/2020 12:00 a.m. expire on 5/31/2020. 
Can a code be used multiple times?
No, each code is single use only.
Can I just get the cash value of this offer?
No, we cannot offer cash back or cash value.
Can I stack this reward with other BP loyalty programs (Kroger, BPme, BP Visa, Cash vs. credit, or car wash)?
No, this reward may not be combined with other discounts, offers or promotions, or with BPme Rewards, BP Visa Credit Card or BP Credit Card rewards.
I received my code, but how do I redeem it at the pump?
  1. Press cancel, rewards or loyalty id on the dispenser screen 
  2. Enter your discount code
  3. Press enter
  4. Follow prompts on screen

If you don’t see one of the prompts above on your dispenser screen, follow the instructions at your site on how to enter rewards at the pump. Codes can also be entered inside the store by pressing the Loyalty ID key on the PIN pad, entering your discount code and pressing enter. You must enter the discount code and pay before you fuel. If you are still having trouble with redemption, please call the consumer help desk at 1 800 333 3991.
