I've lost my receipt
Please note that for any copy receipt requests, you will be charged Ł10. You can view the status of your transactions by logging in to the Online Account Manager, navigating to the Transactions” tab and choosing the BP Alerts Transactions to view your transactions in real time. Please complete the webform if you still require a copy of your receipt.

Registration number incorrect
If the registration number of your vehicle has been entered incorrectly, this cannot be changed later. The vehicle registration is not a security feature of the card so the transaction will still be processed.
No Means fo Payment form
If you have been issued a No Means of Payment form by the service station, please ensure that this is paid to them directly as customer services will not be able to process these against the fuel card.
