Exciting new job opportunities have arisen for FP&A C&P Business Performance Advisors to join us in Budapest/Szeged.
Customers & Products as a business is dedicated to growing our customer business by delivering excellent products and services. To achieve this aim the business will need excellent business partners working efficiently in new and innovative ways across the entity both in support of growing/sustaining the core businesses and in delivering new business models for the future. The Customers & Products finance team has restructured quite substantively and is supporting business ambitions in the following ways:
Deployment of financial capacities in alignment with the needs and structure of the business unit. The C&P Finance T3 design provides a centrally responsible position for the leadership teams of the entity to ensure efficient collaboration, appropriate controls, and adequate compliance in the C&P business areas, ensuring a clear alignment with business goals and ambitions.
Centralization of Finance Teams to support Customers & Products enables the function to restructure, standardize, eliminate duplication, and increase value creation through digital initiatives.
Key Accountabilities:
Working closely with C&P Fleet responsible for analytical support, report creation, and gaining insights into gross margin and volume, including actual values and financial forecasts for CBM, GFO, Plan, and Strategy.
Ad-hoc analyses for specific projects.
Reviewing data and solving system issues (e.g., unbilled volumes) with support from GBS, who are responsible for transactions.
Development and responsibility for analytical tools for gross margin and the MI platform to support forecasting, analysis, and access to MI for all stakeholders (SAP/BPC).
Preparation of Power BI reports using data provided by the Operations MI team.
Qualitative comments on business unit performance.
Cross-country and cluster support as needed.
Essential Education:
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in finance, business administration, or accounting.
Essential Experience and Job Requirements:
Good English (C1), both written and spoken; additional European languages are an advantage.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills to enable effective collaboration.
Essential Language knowledge:
Proficiency in English is essential.
Desirable Criteria:
Initiative and ability to prioritize and work independently with limited mentorship.
Proficiency with numbers and strong analytical skills and good understanding of business drivers.
Familiar with the integrated planning tool (Starforce Tool).
Understanding of the M&C business.
Understanding of system controls, financial controls, and risk assessments, including understanding of Finance processes and systems as well as key internal interfaces.
Experience in petrochemicals, the fuel value chain, or related business areas is beneficial.
Knowledge of the group's reporting systems and standards.
Knowledge of processes in the oil industry.
