Senior Billing Specialist (Afternoon hours)

In this role You will:

  • Serve as primary contact for sales teams and internal functions on billing-related issues
  • Resolve sophisticated customer disputes, complete corrective actions and support ongoing issue investigations
  • Handle partner concerns related to price and invoice discrepancies
  • Ensure accuracy in system logging
  • Assign aging or urgent cases to team members for balanced workload
  • Represent the team in select business calls, sharing updates and insights
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements
  • Support training efforts for new joiners and create job aids for new processes
  • Perform quality checks and offer guidance to peers as needed
  • Maintain and update team procedures and documentation
  • Build strong internal and external relationships through reliable support

What You will need to be successful:

  • Minimum 2 years of Billing Support or Back Office Customer Service experience
  • High level of Lubricants Billing process knowledge      
  • High level of SAP and Salesforce proficiency
  • Strong understanding of end to end order to cash process included customer specific requirements
  • Experience using MS Office applications
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written/oral communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Highly motivated, self-reliant and proactive approach, ability to work independently
  • Proven capability with data management, control principles and root cause analysis
  • High level of proficiency in English language
