The Cost Centre List provides information of all the cost centres you have loaded in BP Plus Online. It also can show you how many active cards are under each cost centre. This report can be utilised to ensure that all cost centre information held for your business is up to date.
The Cost Centre Summary provides a summary of purchases (both litres and dollars) for each cost centre in your fleet in PDF format. The report also allows you to include Vehicle Registration and Card Number for added flexibility. This report can be used when fleets use different cost centres to manage fuel spend and payment within an organisation.
The Excessive Transactions Report enables you to identify any cards that have had an excessive amount of transactions during a given period - in spreadsheet format. The 'Emissions Report - Export Transactions' enables your business to track carbon emissions for each transaction at BP.
The 'Emissions Report - Summary' provides an overview of your fleets carbon emissions over a date range of your selection.
The Exception Report is your first line of defence for your fleet against card misuse. The first step is to ensure that all of your cards have the appropriate limits set against them (you can do this either through the 'Edit Card' screen, or the 'Bulk Card Update' screen.) Any transaction that breaches the limits set against the card (either litres, dollars or number of transactions) will be displayed on the report. For maximum benefit, we strongly suggest that you setup exception limits on your cards, and you schedule this report to run on a daily frequency. This report is delivered in PDF format.
The Fleet Analysis report displays your fleet's usage statistics, including 'fuel consumption' and ODO readings in PDF format. This report can be utilised to ensure that all cards within a fleet are being used correctly, and all Odometer readings at the point of sale are being input correctly by drivers.
The Fuel Consumption report displays the consumption statistics for each vehicle in your fleet in PDF format. You can also elect to filter this report based on Card Number or Vehicle for ease of reporting. The values in this report are reliant on the drivers inputting the correct Odometer readings at the point of sale. This report can be used to pick up potential card misuse, or a vehicle that potentially is not running to optimum efficiency.
The Odometer Report displays the Odometer reading that has been provided for each transaction. This report can be used to identify those drivers within your fleet that are not regularly providing the correct Odometer readings at BP service stations.
The vehicle and driver listing report provides details about the cards that are currently set under driver or vehicle. The driver details included are the driver name, ID, card number, card status and account number. The vehicle information includes description of the vehicle, registration, card number, card status and account number.
