Promise Ahante

I get really excited about …

“Our strategy. I always try to think about the work I do every day and how it contributes to getting us to where we want to get to, which is providing energy for today – and, not or, providing energy for the future as well.”

Our greatest strength is…

Jasmin Gill

We won't stop talking about…

“Our values. This includes the Care for others pillar, which means putting yourself into other people’s shoes and making sure you’re always kind. This really embodies how it feels to work at bp every day.”

Sophie Behrendsen

My simple pleasures are…

“The small benefits at bp. Like going for walks to the lake near the Sunbury office. It’s a great way to relax in between work and boost your mental health by being around nature."

The key to our heart is…
We won't stop talking about…
“A truly inclusive workplace is one where anyone from any background and culture can feel like their voice has the same weight as everyone else’s. I think bp really embodies this, creating an environment where all perspectives are valued.” Mohammadreza Pourtorkan, digital graduate
“bp is incredibly supportive and really pushes you to reach your full potential. The culture is motivating, caring, and ambitious! Everyone looks out for one another, and all achievements are celebrated.” Nicole Olaleye, P&C graduate
